Israel War Victims Return Home Amid Uncertain Future

Thousands of families who fled Hezbollah’s deadly rocket attacks in northern Israel are now considering returning home as a fragile ceasefire holds. More than 60,000 Israelis were forced to abandon their homes, leaving behind ghost towns. Moriel Arnon, who just returned to Kibbutz Eilon after over a year in temporary housing, shares the bittersweet reality: “On one hand, my soul is really longing for a home, for a place that is mine. On the other hand, there is a lot of fear of the unknown.” With the help of Joseph Project International, families are receiving essential support as they rebuild.
